Guest processing skipped - Hyper-V

กรณีสำหรับผู้ที่ใช้ Hyper-V นั้น ถ้า backup guest OS ไม่ได้แล้วขึ้น Error ว่า Guest processing skipped (check guest OS VSS state and integration components version)
นั่นหมายความว่า Guest OS ของท่านนั้น ใช้ Integration Components (ICs) นั้นเก่่าเกินไป ปกติจะเกิดกับ Guest OS ของท่านนั้นเป็น version ที่เก่ากว่า Hyper-V Host ครับ
ขอให้ท่านทำการอัพเกรด Integration Component โดยไปที่ Hyper-V Manager หลังจากนั้นคลิกขวาที่ Guest OS ที่ต้องการแล้วกด Connect หลังจากนั้นเลือกที่เมนู Action แล้วเลือก
"Insert integration components disk" แล้วทำการติดตั้งหรือ upgrade ก็จะทำให้ Veeam สามารถ backup ได้
