backup แล้ว Error 6/8/2015 10:15:40 PM :: Processing ERP_PRD Error: An error occurred while saving the snapshot: Failed to quiesce the virtual machine.

เกิดจากอะไรครับ

ระบบทำการ quiesce ไม่ได้ และดูเหมือน save snapshot ไม่ได้ ขอให้ท่านสังเกตุที่ log ESXi ตอนสั่งทำการ backup ครับ
